Revealed in June, the new Citroën #c3 is now available to order. Set to star at the upcoming Paris Motor Show, it will arrive in all the Brand's French showrooms in the weeks following the show. The new Citroën #c3 is a versatile, punchy and colourful hatchback that injects new life into its segment. Characterful and entirely in step with its times, it stands apart with its unique body styling, uncompromising comfort, customisation potential, Citroën ConnectedCAMTM and useful everyday technologies. Available in three trim levels, Live, Feel, and Shine, starting at €12,950, the new Citroën #c3 offers extensive customisation possibilities with an attractive move upmarket



With its unique and bold design, fresh personality, connectivity and contemporary technologies, the new Citroën #c3 shakes up the cues in its segment and fully expresses the values of the Citroën brand.

 

The new #c3 is OPTIMISTIC:

  • Through its singular body styling, high-set, charismatic front end and pure and smooth shapes, lending it a powerful and energetic attitude and stance.
  • Through its customisation potential, bringing each motorist the possibility to build a car in their own image. Available in 9 colours (Almond green, Banquise white, Cobalt blue, Aluminium grey, Shark grey, Perla Nera black, Power orange, Rubi red and Sable). Available with 3 roof colours, the new #c3 offers a total of 36 exterior combinations regardless of trim level. The choice of two-tone colours is accompanied by touches of colour echoing that of the roof on the door mirrors, fog lamp surrounds and Airbumps®. The Airbumps® are standard on Shine trim level models and optional on Feel models.

 

The new C3 is HUMAN:

  • The feeling of well-being is immediately perceptible on board. The design of the new #c3 was informed by the Citroën Advanced Comfor®t programme, from the styling and technologies to the choice of colours and materials. The new #c3 comes with 4 interior design schemes available from the Feel trim level.
    • The standard design scheme features a pure design with a dominant neutral feel enhanced by yellow overstitching.
    • The Metropolitan Grey scheme plays on the brightness of the cabin with luminous colours and warm fabrics, which even feature on the dashboard, generating a harmonious whole inspired by furniture design.
    • The Urban Red design scheme contrasts dark and bright colours for a more dynamic interior. The dashboard strip is upholstered, including red overstitching and a red surround extending across the entire width of the dashboard.
    • The Hype Colorado scheme takes an upmarket approach, with premium and soft-to-the-touch materials and special stitching, as well as a two-tone steering wheel.
  • Comfort is visually perceptible through the harmony of the cabin, and can be further enhanced by a panoramic glass roof, available from the Feel trim level.
  • Travelling comfort is facilitated by a 7-inch tablet, which serves as the control centre of the car, by a host of ingenious storage compartments, and by a keyless entry and start system that motorists can use to lock and unlock the vehicle with their keys in their pockets.

The new #c3 is SMART:

  • A set of useful everyday technologies is available, including:
    • Rear park assist, standard on the Shine trim level.
    • The connected and touch-operated CITROËN Connect Nav navigation system with voice recognition, optional from the Feel trim level.
    • The Safety Pack, comprising the lane departure warning system, "Coffee Break" alert and road sign recognition, available as standard on all trim levels.
    •  The Mirror Screen, replicating motorists' smartphones on the central screen (compatible with Apple CarPlayTM, Android #auto in 2017 and MirrorLink®), standard on Shine models and optional on Feel models.
  • The new #c3 is available with efficient and economical engines. Customers can choose from the 3-cylinder PureTech 68, 82 and 110 petrol engines (Stop&Start) or the BlueHDi 75 (Stop&Start) and 100 (Stop&Start) diesel engines. For maximum pleasure and comfort, the new #c3 will be available shortly after launch with the EAT6 automatic gearbox.
  • The Citroën ConnectedCAMTM, available as an option on Feel and Shine trim levels models, is making its world debut on the new #c3. The new technology combines user-friendliness and peace of mind. The connected camera films what drivers see outside the vehicle in front of them. It records their travelling experiences through two main functions:
    • With a simple click, drivers can take a photo of what they see and share it on the social networks in complete safety. The post is directly accessible via the free Citroën ConnectedCAMTM app that enables users to access and share photos and videos.
    • In the event of impact, the record function is activated automatically and can save 90-second sequences (30 seconds before and 60 seconds after impact). The system may be useful to drivers following a collision, helping them to constitute proof.

On launch in September, the new Citroën #c3 will be available immediately in the Feel Business and Shine Business trim levels for companies. These two trim levels target the needs of this specific customer base through economical and efficient equipment and engines.
