FCA Bank Group: Lionel Lafon named new Head of Credit

FCA Bank announces a new appointment within the Group for the headquarters: #lionellafon, effective November 1^st, succeeds to Alexey Proshin as new Head of Credit. He will report directly to Giacomo Carelli, #fcabank Group CEO.

Lafon began his career in 1998 as a Risk Analyst. In 2022 he became Risk Manager for Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance. For 4 years, he continues his path in Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance serving as Country Manager – International Division, managing Strategic steering, remote management & international entities development (Poland, Hungary, Saudi Arabia and Portugal).

He then became Chief Credit Officer for Credibom in Portugal, a position he held for 3 years. Later, he took on the role of Head of Group Risk Management for CA CF and in 2018 became Chief Credit, Operations and Data Officer for Sofinco in Spain.
