The Originals Renault Services: the latest platform dedicated to collectors

The latest addition to The Originals Family went live on September 1st.

The new platform, The #originalsrenaultservices, adds up to the existing offer of The Originals Museum¹ and The Originals Store². Right from the outset, it provides a service for collectors of the brand’s vehicles to help them cut through the red tape.

The #originalsrenaultservices new platform, available online since September 1^st, offers collectors a range of services, including requests for essential documents for the registration and recognition of the brand's classic vehicles. The website also offers direct access to the e-shop for all fans of the Diamond brand who want to extend the pleasure with by-products.

WHO BETTER THAN #renault TO AUTHENTICATE YOUR RENAULT

One of the services available on this new platform is the ordering of attestations and certificates for "classic vehicles". Owners of an over 30 years old #renault or Alpine can now benefit from a simplified, preferential service - in just 4 steps - for all their requests for a certificate of registration with the mention of use as a "classic vehicle" or a certificate of production and dating. The website also provides answers to a range of frequently asked questions that car collectors often raise when dealing with such matters.

As of right now, collectors can lodge online requests for:

• A French attestation to apply for a registration certificate with the “classic car” mention from the French National Secure Credentials Agency (ANTS) or to drop-off a vehicle for a MOT inspection in France, even without a registration certificate.
• An international attestation providing an official #renault document that establishes the model, age and main characteristics of the vehicle and that can be presented, for all intents and purposes, to the competent authorities.
• A production and dating certificate which provides an official #renault document, indicating the vehicle’s manufacturing date and the information from its manufacturing record.

Three packages are on offer:

• A French or international attestation for €75
• A production and dating certificate for €75
• A DUO Pack (attestation and certificate) for €115

The turnaround time to receive the certificates takes 4 to 6 weeks in France and abroad. The website offers a fast-track service for an additional €40 to receive the document(s) under two weeks. That is three times faster than usual!
