Volkswagen Credit and Audi Financial Services extend assistance to Customers facing hardship from Hurricane Ida

- Volkswagen Credit and Audi Financial Services will offer several ways for eligible existing U.S. customers to get financial assistance
- 60-day payment deferrals without fees (Volkswagen Credit and Audi Financial Services will not charge any fees, but finance charges will still accrue for non-lease accounts)
- Waiving past maturity fees in certain circumstances
HERNDON, Va., Sept 15, 2021 - As the impact of Hurricane Ida continues to be felt across parts of the U.S., #volkswagen Credit and Audi Financial Services are supporting their customers by providing similar programs extended during the onset of COVID-19 to ensure that customers facing hardship are able to stay in their vehicles when possible.
Volkswagen Credit and Audi Financial Services want to ensure that customers concentrate on meeting their immediate needs, as many customers may still be without power or internet #service and thus have a limited ability to communicate. #volkswagen Credit and Audi Financial Services customer #service is available to work with customers who have been impacted by Hurricane Ida. For convenience, customers can utilize online account management to send an inquiry via secure messaging.
