Suzuki Motor of America, Inc. has announced it’s Supersport and Stock 1000 teams for the MotoAmerica AMA/ FIM North American Road Racing Series.

Team Hammer will field two Supersport class riders using Suzuki GSX-R600s for 2021 with Team M4 ECSTAR Suzuki with Sean Dylan Kelly and South Africa’s Sam Lochoff. Wyatt Farris joins Team M4 ECSTAR Suzuki competing in the Stock 1000 class on a GSX-R1000.

Florida’s Sean Dylan Kelly returns to Team Hammer for a third year after finishing second in the 2020 Supersport Championship, having scored consistent podium finishes along with five Supersport class victories in 2020. Kelly enters 2021 with an abundance of momentum gained from a dominating pole position performance and strong second place finish in the 79th running of the legendary Daytona 200 recently at Daytona International Speedway.

Newcomer Lochoff turned heads by landing on the podium in his MotoAmerica debut in 2019, finishing third in the Junior Cup season-opener. Following an abbreviated rookie season in 2019, Lochoff made his presence felt in 2020, earning 13 podium finishes - including five runner-up finishes - en route to an overall third place ranking in the 2020 MotoAmerica Junior Cup Championship.

Also new to Team M4 ECSTAR Suzuki is Farris, joining as the team’s Stock 1000 rider for 2021. Farris, from Calistoga, CA, is an experienced AMA Pro/ MotoAmerica competitor, earning nine AMA Pro/ MotoAmerica podium finishes, and taking third in the 2014 AMA Pro Supersport Championship. He finished a strong third in the 2016 Daytona 200. In 2017 he won the overall AFM Championship, was second in 2019, and topped the AFM overall points again in 2020.

In 2021, Team Hammer embarks on its 41st consecutive year of operating as an elite professional road racing team. In addition to an impressive list of accomplishments in various national and international motorcycle road racing championships, Team Hammer’s success at the AMA Pro and MotoAmerica National level is exceptional.

Team Hammer has earned an accumulated nine AMA Pro and MotoAmerica National titles while racking up 108 race victories and 291 podium finishes in multiple MotoAmerica Championship classes, AMA Formula Xtreme, AMA 750cc Supersport, and AMA Pro Daytona Sportbike series championships as well.

Along with an exceptional record of preparing, developing, and fielding championship-calibre equipment, Team Hammer is known for its consistent ability to identify and foster road racing athletes, whether they be up-and-coming riders, overlooked international competitors, or established veterans looking to reignite their careers with Team Hammer.

Team M4 ECSTAR Suzuki will debut its full team line-up on March 30-31st at the 2021 MotoAmerica Official Test at Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas.
