Chevrolet lowers price of Volt electric car in Europe

ZURICH – Chevrolet has announced a price reduction for its extended-range electric vehicle, the Volt. With the new model year, prices will start at €38,000 (including VAT) in Germany.

In August this year, Chevrolet lowered the price for the new Volt model by $5,000 in the United States. The move reflects the great strides the company has made in reducing costs as it gains experience with electric vehicles and their components.
