Everrati, the leading company renowned for redefining and futureproofing automotive icons through cutting-edge electric vehicle (EV) powertrains, has announced the delivery of its first electric Land Rover Series IIa in the United States.

The commission is an electrified Land Rover Series IIa, which integrates a state-of-the-art OEM-grade electric powertrain designed and developed at Everrati's global headquarters in Upper Heyford, Oxfordshire, England.

The ceremonial handover of the electrified Land Rover took place at the prestigious Grand Champions Polo Club in Florida. Craig, the owner of this extraordinary automotive masterpiece 'The Polo Commission', owns a corporate and equestrian law practice and is a passionate connoisseur of cars, design, architecture, and fashion.

Justin Lunny, CEO of Everrati, said: "We're thrilled to mark this monumental occasion as we deliver our first electric Land Rover in the United States. Everrati's global growth continues to be a testament to the increasing demand for sustainable luxury, found through our high-performance technology. This is a landmark vehicle that perfectly encapsulates our mission and commitment to both preserving the legacy of iconic vehicles and helping our customers embrace the rewards of sustainable mobility."

The Polo Commission's owner, Craig, said: "My passion for protecting the environment led me to Everrati, where its attention to detail, passion for classic design, luxury, and sustainability presented the driving force behind partnering with this special brand. The vehicle is a work of art, both from a design and engineering point of view. Having style, practicality and sustainable performance is the perfect combination whether I am using it for commuting into the office or out in the country among the polo fields. I am extremely proud to be able to say I am the first to own an electric Land Rover in the United States."

The redefined vehicle is based on a 1971 Series IIa, which has been expertly restored with an advanced EV powertrain that has a range of up to 150 miles, combined with regenerative braking, AC and DC fast charging capability. With a 60kWh battery and 150bhp and 300Nm from its electric motors, it offers both two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive modes. The stunning vehicle is finished in limestone paint colour, a modern canvas roof, classic bench seating arrangement, wooden steering wheel and teak flooring.

As iconic car custodians, Everrati remains true to the timeless quality of the Land Rover Defender while providing a powertrain upgrade that delivers exceptional performance and sustainability. The Land Rover Defender, an off-road legend synonymous with toughness, ultimate utility, and unstoppable 4x4 performance, has now been redefined to OEM standards, retaining its original character and DNA both dynamically and aesthetically, combined with the very latest in sustainable luxury materials.

This historic delivery to a valued customer in the United States underscores Everrati's growing international customer base, particularly in North America, where it has established its headquarters, an impressive network of build partners, and a prestigious list of commissions. Everrati's expansion in the United States is a testament to its success and the increasing demand for its redefined electric classics, following the successful delivery of the first electric Porsche 911 (964) in the United States earlier this year.
