Complicated Race 1 for Dalla Porta and the Evan Bros. WorldSSP Yamaha Team at Aragon
It was a challenging Saturday for the Evan Bros. #worldssp Yamaha Team, who took to the track on the ups and downs of Aragon for Superpole and Race 1. In the latter #lorenzodallaporta managed to recover positions from his starting position, coming close to the points zone with 16th place.
In the morning the Tuscan rider took to the track for Superpole, where he was unable to express his potential to the full, having to settle for 21st position. In the race Dalla Porta immediately started his comeback, moving up to 17th position by the end of the second lap.
In the second part of the race Lorenzo tried to close the gap that separated him from the points zone, but at the same time had to battle with the riders behind him, finishing the race in P16.
With the first day of the race over it is time to think about tomorrow, where there will be a first opportunity for redemption. After the morning Warm Up - at 9.25 CET - Race 2 will take place at 12.30 CET over 15 laps.
