Evan Bros. WorldSSP Yamaha Team's season restarts at Donington Park
The first long break of the 2023 season is now over, with the Evan Bros. #worldssp Yamaha Team ready to get back on track, to be precise at the British track of Donington Park, where 35 years ago the historic first round of the Superbike World Championship was held.
The team from Ravenna and #andreamantovani arrive at the sixth round of the season in the right spirit, eager to get results. Since the early stages of 2023 Mantovani has shown signs of growth, but he will now have to come to terms with a complicated track like Donington, whose secrets he must learn as quickly as possible. The Evan Bros. #worldssp Yamaha Team retains sweet memories in England, having finished second in both 2019 and last season's races.
The Donington weekend will open as usual on Friday, with the first two free practice sessions. Saturday will be time for Superpole and Race 1, which will start at 16.15 CET, while Sunday Race 2 (15.30 CET) will complete the weekend's program.

Andrea Mantovani: "Finally we are back on track. It's been a long time since I last raced at Donington, but I'm very motivated: I hope to have another positive and growing weekend, arriving ready for the two races on the program".
Fabio Evangelista (Team Principal): "Andrea is in good shape, he is working hard, so I am confident. Certainly the lack of knowledge of the track will be an obstacle, but the many data collected by the team over the years will be useful to find the right setup. We have a very good package, with which we can also have fun at Donington".
