Lancia Ypsilon Alberta Ferretti triumphs at the Mediastars competition

Yesterday evening, Milan’s Testori Auditorium hosted the awards ceremony for the 27^th Mediastars competition, a long-running celebration of the best in advertising communication projects in Italy.
Divided into four areas representing the various fields of communication, and into 12 different sections, the competition aims to promote Italian excellence in creativity at advertising agencies, production companies and digital agencies.

The #lancia TV commercial “Tante personalità. La Tua” was conceived by the creative agency Armando Testa and uses TV, press, digital and billboards to highlight the features of the exclusive Lancia Ypsilon Alberta Ferretti special series, the result of a collaboration with the renowned stylist, which exalts the compact qualities of the B-segment #citycar most preferred by Italian women and takes its timeless image into the future for the upcoming generations.
Created by the production company Movie Magic and directed by Ago Panini, the TV commercial draws inspiration from the iridescent color of the exterior, Grigio Alberta Ferretti, and emphasizes two aspects of the featured car: one more precisely modeled and rational; the other more brilliant and ironic.
Between mirrors and reflected images, between the real and surreal, the actress Cristiana Capotondi in an elegant, authentic and gritty role picks up on something “unusual” in the image in the mirror: it is different and reflects another character, enhanced by the soundtrack in a succession of the roles played by the “two” Cristianas. The story ends with the car parading through the elegant streets of Milan, with the “two” Cristianas aboard and bearing the claim “Tante Personalità, La Tua”.

Once again, #lancia is therefore celebrating women, exalting the different facets of their personalities, using a language inspired by the world of cinema, in a commercial that – as usual – is presented as a short film of its own.
The full version of the video, to be broadcast on digital channels only, features Alberta Ferretti in an extraordinary cameo role.
