Powerful new addition to the fleet: Mercedes-Benz Actros SLT at Luijendijk & van der Wal
Dutch haulage company Luijendijk & van der Wal has invested in a new #mercedesbenzactros 4163 LS 8x4 SLT for challenging heavy-duty tasks. The 630 hp #truck features a spacious BigSpace cab and MirrorCam.
Managing Director and owner Ard Luijendijk: "This Actros offers us excellent technological solutions that only Mercedes-Benz trucks can offer in the portfolio. The special coupling and a permissible gross combination mass of up to 180 tons enable us to transport very heavy loads such as crawler cranes, shredders and screening machines."
Before ordering, the customer, Luijendijk & van der Wal, was able to be personally convinced of the vehicle's characteristics: A company from the same industry provided an Actros SLT that was similiar in design for a test drive and shared its experience from practical use.
"With its special configuration for heavy-duty transport, serrated radiator grille and sky blue paintwork, the #truck fully meets our requirements in terms of performance and appearance. The drivers are thrilled about our new addition to the fleet," Ard Luijendijk adds.
