CASA SEAT showcases the magic of Christmas with Merry Days
- The interior spaces of CASA #seat have been transformed with Christmas decorations that include three-dimensional elements designed by master pastry chef Christian Escribà
- An advent calendar adorns the façade of the building and will reveal new activities day after day until 24 December
- The restaurant is offering a special menu for this festive season
- In addition, the scheduled Merry Days activities are designed with families in mind
CASA #seat kicks off its Merry Days with Christmas decorations that take you to a magical world full of three-dimensional figures portrayed by sweets and pastries, an imaginative setting designed for the occasion by master pastry chef Christian Escribà. And on the ground floor there’s a tall Christmas tree that bursts into a series of lights and colours when visitors make a Yuletide wish.
The decoration also carries over to the first floor, where there is a diorama of Barcelona with iconic people and landmarks of the city so visitors can take souvenir photos.
On the exterior, a large advent calendar takes up the façade of the building located on the corner of Avenida Diagonal and Paseo de Gracia. Each day a new window will open to reveal the different activities that are taking place inside. You can also follow the programme on CASA SEAT’s Instagram account. In addition, there will be a nine-metre-tall Christmas tree in front of the entrance to CASA #seat in cooperation with the Paseo de Gracia Association.
To round off this sensory showcase, the CASA #seat Ametller Origen restaurant will be offering a tasting menu specially designed for this time of year, including classic dishes such as escudella meat stew and large shell pasta galets, Nandu Jubany’s cannelloni and Christian Escribà’s desserts.
