BARDAHL Evan Bros. WorldSSP Team back in action for the first of two races at Motorland Aragon

After the extraordinary results obtained in the double trip to Jerez and Portimao, the BARDAHL Evan Bros. WorldSSP Team and #andrealocatelli are ready to face the fourth round of the WorldSSP 2020 championship, scheduled this weekend at Motorland Aragon. The Spanish circuit plays a very important role in the calendar of the current season, as it will also host the fifth round of the season next week, under the name of Teruel Round.

Andrea Locatelli is getting ready to start the first of the two rounds of Aragon, a circuit much appreciated by him, on the strength of the five victories he has won in as many races raced so far (record every category era), and consequently as the leader of the championship standings, with 35 points ahead of the second in the standings.
The rider from Bergamo will also be able to count on the important and useful information gathered during the test day held on 13 August on the Aragonese track, where the rider completed 63 laps and was already very fast on his Yamaha YZF-R6, prepared as usual by the reigning world champion team.

Also in this round the team and the rider will have to compete with two races over the weekend: the first will take place on Saturday, the second on Sunday, both lasting 15 laps and live on Sky Sport MotoGP (channel 208 of the Sky platform). The weekend will obviously start on Friday with FP1 and FP2, on Saturday it will be the turn of FP3, Superpole and Race 1, while on Sunday will take place Warm Up and Race 2.

Fabio Evangelista (Team Principal): "We must remain focused and humble, after the latest news on the calendar we have only done a third of the scheduled races. I am very positive in view of the first round at Aragon, also thanks to the excellent times obtained during the test day: the objective is to remain at the top of the championship standings, maybe trying to increase our advantage. Andrea really appreciates the track, we are all motivated and we want to start at our best already in the first free practice session".

Andrea Locatelli: "I am very motivated in view of the first round in Aragon. Unlike Portiamo I know the track, which by the way I like a lot, and I will be able to take advantage of the information obtained during the test day. My goal is to continue to achieve the same results as before, and to do so we have to continue to work day after day to improve. I am calm and ready to get back in action!".
