"RAGING BULL" Prop Phil Vickery mbe named as brand ambassador

Rugby star and Celebrity Masterchef winner, Phil Vickery MBE, has been announced as a new brand ambassador for SsangYong Motors UK.

Phil, was a member of England's World Cup winning squad in 2003, playing in all seven matches in the tournament, and is a former England captain.

Vickery, who has 73 caps for the national side and made 5 Lions appearances, said: “I’m very proud to become an ambassador for SsangYong Motors UK and look forward to working with the team going forward. It’s a really exciting time for the brand, the product is very, very good but the marque is relatively unknown in the UK, so we have great plans to change that.”

Phil, 42, will drive the firm’s flagship Rexton, which delivers an incomparable SUV package, offering strength, reliability and versatility. The award-winning Rexton^[1] is the perfect companion and is as happy working on a farm, or climbing a mountain, as it is cruising along a motorway.
