Maranello, 8 Feb. 2020 - The doors officially opened on the 'Ferrari at 24 Heures du Mans' exhibition at the #ferrari Museum in Maranello after its inauguration on 15 January.

Many special guests attended the #event, including the President of the Automobile Club d'Ouest (ACO) Pierre Fillon, and the CEO of the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) Gérard Neveu. Antonello Coletta, Head of #ferrari Attività Sportive GT and the official #ferrari Competizioni GT drivers who triumphed in the legendary French endurance race were also present. Alessandro Pier Guidi, James Calado and Daniel Serra, winners of the 24 Hours in 2019, enjoyed a reunion with their victorious LMGTE Pro class car and the trophy they held aloft on the world's most famous podium, both on display in the 'Victory Room'. Together with them, Giancarlo Fisichella and Toni Vilander (triumphant in the 458 Italia GT2 of AF Corse in 2012 and 2014) and Andrea Bertolini (winner in 2015 in the 458 Italia GT2 of SMP Racing) attended the ceremony. The exhibition offers the chance to relive seventy years of Prancing Horse victories in the legendary endurance race, with a close-up view of some of the cars that secured Ferrari's total of 36 wins on the French track. Starting today, visitors will also have the chance to try the 488 GTE simulator along the 13- kilometre-plus of the Le Mans track and to participate for free in the '86,400 Seconds Challenge' attempting to beat the lap time set by David Tonizza, F1 eSport Series World Champion. The fastest drivers will then be invited to Maranello Museum again (20-22 March) for the final round of the challenge. The #ferrari Museum in Maranello, open every day from 9.30 am to 6 pm, also hosts many other historical models within the two other exhibitions currently running: 'Hypercars - The evolution of uniqueness' and '90 years - Scuderia #ferrari, the complete story'.
