Arnault Gournac will be appointed Director of #peugeotdesignlab, effective May 2nd 2019. The Global Brand #design studio provides services to external customers, outside the #automotive sector, and oversees the #Peugeot Cycles brand and the #Peugeot lifestyle products. #arnaultgournac will report to Thierry Lonziano, Director of #Peugeot Marketing & Communications and to Gilles Vidal, Director of #Peugeot #design.
PEUGEOT #design Lab offers a wide range of services to its external customers: brand definition, product #design, industrial processes creation and communication. Since its launch in 2012, many customers have called on the studios expertise across a variety of sectors including: transportation, aeronautical, nautical, product, medical, energy, and sportswear.
The Global Brand #design studio takes its strengths from PEUGEOT’s 208 years of industrial expertise and the talents of over 12 000 PSA Group’s engineers and designers. The multicultural team is based in the #Peugeot #design Center (ADN) in Velizy (France), and also works with the #Peugeot satellite studios in Shanghai, Sao Paulo and San Francisco.
Arnaud Gournac was previously Senior Director of Innovation and UX at CARREFOUR Group. He scaled up the innovation strategy and organization in the 34 countries of the Group. He also oversaw innovative #design at DECATHLON.
He replaces Cathal Loughnane who will be continuing his carreer outside the Group.
