Akrapovič Gives the Suzuki RM-Z450 a Race-Inspired System
Akrapovič has added to its range of stunning off-road exhaust systems with the launch of the Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system for the 2018 #suzuki #rmz450. Developed from direct involvement with the #suzuki World MXGP Factory Team and its RM-Z450WS in this season's world championship, the Evolution Line is derived from the full race system. Constructed from high-grade race-bred titanium, the system is routed perfectly on the bike to provide the best fit and enhance the look of the overall package. With a durable coating designed for increased scratch resistance and easier cleaning – ideal after throwing mud or sand at it during hard sessions – the Evolution Line has a durability no others can match. With performance in the dirt a key component, the Akrapovič Evolution Line delivers an increased punch with improved throttle response, ideal for even the harshest of terrains and perfect for getting the #suzuki #rmz450 performing at its best. The handling of the machine is improved due to the lightweight titanium used in the system, which makes it 21% lighter than the stock exhaust. In an environment where weight is so important, the Akrapovič Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system gives the rider a distinct advantage by improving performance, manoeuvrability, and competitiveness. The system has the unique Akrapovič sound, which is within FIM noise limits but still provides a deeper #racing sound that is ideally suited to the bike's #racing heritage. It is simple to install and needs no extra parts or tuning to make it perform at its best. The system comes with a spark arrester to comply with North American off-road regulations.
