Mud, sweat and tears: Volkswagen Amaroks prepare for next round of WRC

Volkswagen Amaroks are preparing to take on the challenges of the penultimate round of the 2016 FIA World #rally Championship which takes place in #wales this weekend, supporting both Volkswagen’s championship-winning team and #event organisers in the forests across the country.

The #amarok is the perfect vehicle to tackle the tough conditions in #wales. The supporting models are equipped with a powerful 2.0-litre bi-turbo TDI engine, an eight speed automatic gearbox and permanent four-wheel drive to ensure the best drive; while inside the Highline spec means the drivers are guaranteed a comfortable weekend – regardless of the conditions outside.

Volkswagen Motorsport has once again had a very successful season, having clinched the Drivers’ Championship* title at #rally Spain earlier this month. And based on the current standings, it is in a strong position to claim its fourth consecutive Manufacturers’ title in #wales.

The #amarok is currently available with extra equipment at no additional cost, such as satellite navigation and stylish chrome pack, as well as with a number of competitive finance offers including zero per cent APR on stock vehicles on Solutions Personal Contract Plan**. A new model is due to be launched early in 2017.
