Rüsselsheim/Hannover. #opel celebrated the start of the 2016 #iaacommercialvehicles Show in #hannover revealing the #opel #vivarosport – one of the many attractive offers by the Rüsselsheim-based manufacturer. “The light commercial vehicles business is a key pillar of our ‘DRIVE! 2022’ growth plan. Therefore, we want to provide our customers with an even more tailored offering, which makes the #vivarosport an ideal addition to our portfolio,” said Peter Christian Küspert, Vice President Sales & Aftersales during the press conference. Nineteen different models with the lightning flash logo, ranging from the Combo right up to a L3H1 Movano crew cab with all-wheel drive, are exhibited at booth D22 in Hall 12 (open to the public from September 22 to 29).
The striking #vivarosport will be present as Combi, panel van and crew cab in two different lengths. Standard features of the #vivarosport include 17-inch alloy wheels combined with fog lights and energy-saving LED daytime running lights. The privacy glazing for the side and rear windows is another distinctive feature of the Combi versions. Furthermore, customers will shortly also be able to choose the new Navi80 IntelliLink infotainment system. It enables minute-by-minute real-time traffic information, accurate to within 100 meters, and can suggest alternative routes thanks to free internet connectivity.
Elsewhere, #opel is well positioned to meet all commercial requirements with over 400 commercial vehicle variants being available ex-works. In addition, #opel is cooperating with numerous renowned conversion-specialists who can also offer individual solutions. The conversions available range from refrigerated bodies to vans for the transportation of people with limited mobility, right up to special vehicles for police, firefighters and emergency services.
